Benedict Arnold letter, along the Dead River, 1775

Description

The letter was written by Benedict Arnold on October 15, 1775, along his route to Quebec. He kept a letterbook where he wrote drafts of the letters he sent off to his superiors, or other officers concerning the march and supplies.
