Description
Professor Carvell of Littleton seated in front of the A.H. Fogg Hardware Store in Houlton, about 1900. The A.H. Fogg Company was officially incorporated in 1902; however, Mr. Almon H. Fogg actually came to Houlton in 1858 and acquired the Winslow & Co. business. During 1875 the business name was changed to Almon H. Fogg Company witht the arrival of Mr. Clarence H. Pierce as a partner.
