Description
13 Bennett Street II is the property tax record for a single family home in Bridgton. There is another card, no. 12, which is also identified as 13 Bennett Street. Although similar, they are different houses, and it is not clear which is correct, as the street address has probably changed since the survey.
Henry Watkins of Naples owned the house at the time of the survey, around 1938. The card was later updated to reflect ownership by Joseph Montefusco. The card references a deed dated 1936; this is not the date of the photograph.
