MMN Staffing

Maine Memory Network is staffed by a full-time Director, a full-time Project Historian, a part-time Project Cataloger, and a Community Partnership Coordinator shared with the Education Department.

Programming and web design are outsourced to vendors. At any given time, there are two to six interns and volunteers scanning documents and transcribing manuscripts.

At Maine Historical Society, Maine Memory Network is part of the Digital Projects Department, responsible for all MHS websites, multimedia, and digital image production. The Digital Projects Department works closely with the Education Department to develop educational content and tools for teachers.
