Maine Memory Network is a project of the Maine Historical Society (MHS) and is staffed by three key MHS staff members, and through collaboration with MHS' Education and Collections & Research departments. Online content is also provided by dedicated volunteers and interns, through their countless hours of support.
Maine Memory Network's infrastructure, technology and online presence are managed by MHS, with significant support from programming and design vendors. Online content is developed in variety of ways, including in-house at MHS; through Contributing Partners, Libraries, and participating Individuals. All content is reviewed and supported by MHS staff in accordance with industry best practices.
